Maathi Yosi™ Execution Framework
Think Differently. Engineer Intelligently. Deliver Exceptionally.
At Sri Lakshmi Aircons, Maathi Yosi™ is our philosophy of thinking beyond conventional HVAC practices. Every innovation is designed to enhance system performance, simplify maintenance, improve energy efficiency, and deliver VRF Delight. Through intelligent engineering and precision execution, we create reliable, future-ready VRF solutions that provide lasting comfort, operational efficiency, and complete customer satisfaction.
1 VRF Delight
Our unique VRF Delight concept combines precision installation, proactive service, rapid-response support, and customer-focused execution. By ensuring reliable performance and uninterrupted comfort, we deliver superior cooling, dependable operation, and lasting customer satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of every VRF air-conditioning system.
2Durable Wire Mesh Protection
To protect outdoor units from external damage caused by mammals, insects, birds, and other animals, we provide durable wire-mesh protection around the units. This helps prevent unwanted access, nesting, chewing, and physical damage to critical components, ensuring safer operation, improved reliability, and longer equipment life.
3 E-Coating – Specialized Protection for Harsh Environments
Specialized Protection in Harsh Environments
Specialized protective E-Coating is strongly recommended for VRF outdoor units installed in coastal and industrial environments, particularly areas exposed to high levels of salt, humidity, chlorine, sulphur, and other corrosive pollutants.
The protective coating forms a durable barrier over the heat-exchanger coils, helping minimize corrosion, erosion, and chemical degradation. In harsh environments, chlorine and sulphur compounds can react with moisture and metal surfaces, accelerating coil deterioration and reducing heat-transfer efficiency.
By applying the appropriate E-Coating, we help protect the coils, maintain system performance, reduce premature failures, and extend the overall service life of the VRF equipment. This specialized protection is an important part of our commitment to reliable, long-term operation in demanding environments.
4 VRF ODU – Specialized Support & Drainage Structures
Specialized modular support structures are designed to provide secure, elevated, and non-penetrating support for VRF outdoor units. The elevated design preserves building integrity while effectively isolating structural vibrations.
The structure also provides adequate clearance and unobstructed drainage, allowing condensate water from the outdoor units and rainwater to flow smoothly and drain efficiently. This helps prevent water accumulation, stagnation, and potential corrosion around the equipment, ensuring a cleaner, safer, and more reliable installation.
5 Under Deck Insulation
Top-floor under-deck insulation provides an effective thermal barrier against solar radiant heat entering through the roof. It can block up to 97% of solar radiant heat, helping maintain a more stable indoor temperature and reducing the cooling load on the air-conditioning system.
By minimizing heat gain from the roof, this solution enhances indoor thermal comfort, improves HVAC efficiency, and can contribute to a 20%–40% reduction in cooling-related power consumption, depending on building design, insulation specifications, weather conditions, and usage patterns.
6 Central Remote Controller –CRC
Mitsubishi and Toshiba VRF systems Central Remote Controllers maximize energy efficiency and streamline facility operations by centrally managing up to 50 indoor units through a single interface.
7 VRF System Retrofit
Upgrade Your VRF System Without Starting From Scratch
Modernize ageing VRV and VRF systems with advanced Mitsubishi and Toshiba VRF systems technology while retaining existing low-side infrastructure wherever technically feasible.
Our specialist retrofit solutions are designed to minimize civil modifications, project costs, operational downtime, and disruption. By intelligently integrating new VRF equipment with existing infrastructure, we deliver a smoother transition with less rework and greater cost efficiency.
Why Choose VRF Retrofit?
